celtics over lakers in 6 (If L.A are healthly no one in the west can beat them)
think it's just the celtics year this season.........
this pretty much sums it up froma Nuggets fan point of view. It's from a realgm fan from the nuggs boards. It is a playoff watch thread
http://www.realgm.com/boards/viewtop...7654&start=300
We might as well lock this thread everybody. It simply doesn't matter. The Nuggets are going to play San Antonio. It's unavoidable. No matter where the Nuggets finish, the Spurs will be waiting. 8th seed, Spurs will overtake NO. 7th seed, Spurs remain in 2nd. If the Nuggets somehow don't make the playoffs, the Spurs will trade Manu Ginobili for a pick so they can kick our asses in the lottery. They just have our nuts in a jar.
1) Lakers - still have the easiest schedule
2) Spurs - will get #1 if they beat Lakers at Staples on 13th
3) Suns - Shaq, Nash, Amare, Grant Hill, Raja Bell (great starting 5)
4) Jazz
5) Hornets
6) Rockets
7) Nuggets
8) Mavs
Round 1
Lakers > Mavs
Spurs > Nuggets
Suns > Rockets
Jazz > Hornets
Round 2
Suns > Spurs (Shaq)
Lakers > Jazz (Jazz shouldn't have boo'ed Fisher)
Round 3
Lakers > Suns (Payback and the most hyped series in years)
Finals
Lakers > Pistons (Pistons can't hang with Lakers)
or
Celtics > Lakers (Celtics have Lakers # this year...only hope that Pau is an X-Factor that hasn't played Celtics yet)
Thats some funny ......
But true.
Hornets in the 5 slot? I'm not sure I see NO losing 4 out of their last 9 chief. The harder games that they might have dropped they already squeaked out (CLE and ORL). Not much left on their plate ( at LAL and DAL). The home games against UTA and GSW are gimmies.
it's better than Memphis!
