James White!
http://fr.youtube.com/watch?v=n2MmlZ...-a-atlanta/but you know what??, i prefer championship!!!!
GO SPURS GO give me a 5ive!!!!!
Thats about the extent of his game.
2 handed from the free throw line is sweet.
Scola thre...Er, James White!
he needs to get rid of that sleeve on his head but dang between the legs and a windmill from the free throw line is no joke
That dude is a freakish athlete. Its crazy how much hang time he has.
A tomahawk jam off from the free throw line is no joke. Through the legs from the line ain't bad either.
Hopefully he works on his game and the Spurs give him another look.
I wil take D. Howards dunks over white's anyday...
His dunks are nice...but it's like my brothers and I always say when we're about to throw the Georgetown D on somebody....you can't dunk if you can't get to the hoop.
Teach that man to hit a consistent mid-range jumper and then....then maybe we've got something.
James White!!!
is he an over-sea spur or something?
kinda like the dleague, but in europe?
bring back james!
Harold Miner was a great dunker too.
Baby Jordan.![]()
You guys don't have to say something bad about him just because he's no longer a Spur. Yeah, he's not the greatest player ever to suit up but those are some damn sweet dunks.
I seriously think James White might be the best dunker of all-time. Nobody could do some of those dunks. While he isn't much of a basketball player, he's up there with MJ and Vince Carter in their prime as far as the best dunkers ever.
But really, White can do dunks that MJ and Carter couldn't do in their dreams.
It's hard to believe how high he jumps. He missed that second dunk because he was in danger of racking himself on the rim.
Extremely athletic player. It's been years since anyone in the NBA has even been close to that. Too bad the rest of his game is mediocre.
This is one of those guys where I kinda think it points to a coaching failure. The guy is physically gifted and obviously can dunk but he hasnt been taught how to play the game of basketball well enough to make the NBA cut. I think he'd be worth another look over the summer; maybe we just need to put more effort into coaching him.
Maybe.
However, if he wanted to he could make the time to work on his jumper, ball handling, defense, and all that, but maybe he hasn't. I'm not sure he has or hasn't. I just think it comes down to you.
I agree, its certainly not the coaches fault, it is squarely a failure by both parties. That said, I still think the guy is a good NBA project.
He had potential, but it just seemed like the rest of his game was just waiting around for another chance to dunk.
I sometimes wonder if it's too easy for guys like that early on. I bet he could just dunk on everyone in highschool, and didn't really have to develop other parts of his game. At the pro-level though, when guys can actually guard him, he never developed the other skills that would have allowed him to adjust.
