They're too talented to lose this much focus for too long. Among the most talented in the league, they're playing WAY beneath their potential. You don't want to the New York Knicks of the West...

...Not that Kings didn't play above their heads, because in all honesty they did. Plus they got a lot of lucky bounces and some good "bad" calls and some missed calls. But they played great defense, and capitolized on their luck. Plus the effort was overwhelming. Denver had a hard time with the zone, especially Camby.
I didn't expect Kings to win this game, but I'm damn glad they did.

thanks to the kings last year for kicking the clippers out of the playoffs, thus allowing the mavs to face GS, thus causing the mavs to lose the NBA championship last season

It's fun to make some noise and have instilled some much needed confidence at the same time, going into another post season with no seeding.
If Kings can beat the Lakers tomorrow night that will make their lives a little harder too. Oh please, God, please...

The Kings are a much better team than their record indicates. Having injuries all year long to Bibby and Artest killed them.
They have a talented team and good coaching.
That said, the Nugz are underachievers...they should be competing for a top 4 seed, not their playoff lives.
Kings, despite their record, haven't been that bad at the times I've seen them this year. They've got some good young pieces and a coach they all seem to believe in. Give 'em a couple more years and they may be right back in it.
