That's great, ThriveForFive!
He's always seemed like a great, down-to-earth guy, and I've never heard anything to the contrary.
I'm glad you got to meet him!
I thought we could use some Spurs talk that didn't have to do with how awful the guys played last night.
Our youth group attended a purity event last night at Wayside Chapel, and D-Rob was there with his two sons. It was amazing to finally get to see him, as he's been my favorite athlete for years. Anyways, he was just about as nice as anyone could be given that he was their with his kids and I'm sure the last thing he wanted to do was take pictures and sign autographs. I got him to autograph a ticket I had from the Warriors game the other night that happened to have D-Rob on it.
Hope this wasn't too boring for ya'll but it totally made my night.
Believe San Antonio.

Spurs played awful last night! Maybe we can convince David to unretire. He proved he's still got it at the All-Star break.
Good story. Glad you had a chance to meet him. What an icon!
wow! thanks for sharing that! i wish he unretires to stand in front of shaq for the PO...
I would love to meet David Robinson. The guy just has good karma radiating off of him.
about his 2 sons,
how tall are they?
nba draft 20xx father and son rule, spurs get priority over the robinsons and duncans
