I was right across the Hudson river looking at the Towers burn, worried about my wife that I just dropped off, taking the Path into NYC. It was a beautiful morning, . . . very tragic day. Too bad many saw it as an opportunity to run amuck, using patriotism and fear to diminish rational thought, and to engage in obscene war profiteering.
....part of the problem is that no one in the M$M asks the hard questions anymore...for instance, how did Atta get back into the U.S. after leaving for Germany without the FBI knowing about it? Why were warnings ignored about Middle eastern men training to fly commercial aircraft but not learning how to land? Why were warnings of a imminent attack by the Bin_laden network from foreign intelligence agencies ignored? Why were people in our government warned about flying commercial aircraft but security at our nation's airports not stepped up?
....I think in the long-run were going to find that our government knew much more about the 9/11 attacks than they have led on.....just like we know now about the fabricated attacks that started Vietnam and the imminent attack on Pearl Harbor that started the Pacific war...
