I am having a devil of a time getting threads to load now. I couldn't even get the Technical Issues thread to load to report this technical issue! Are other people having this problem?

As far as I can see everything is running fine. It must be a local problem.

Before talking to your ISP check your home network specially the router. Reset it before taking further steps. Cleaning your cache and temp files might also help.

Doing a route trace (tracert in your command prompt) show you where the biggest delay happens.
