    is impressive. I don't recall when a team was able to keep both Manu and TP out of the lane this well. Pop will need to figure out fast cause we can't rely on our outside game.

    That's one of the benefits of having a big dude as athletic as Chandler. Obviously discipline is a major factor, but Chandler being so long and mobile helps shut down a lot of passing lanes.

    It's easy to defend the pick and roll when the team you are playing isn't running it.

    New Orleans is smart enough to play with sound defensive principles, and athletic enough to rotate to shooters to prevent open looks. They make the Spurs work for every shot. Meanwhile, on offense, they just keep attacking. By the middle of the third quarter, the Spurs' older legs start to wear out and the Hornets pull away.

    This is a systemic problem. There is no solution. The only way the Spurs win is if NO spontaneously collapses.
