It's weird that Devin is a -15 in +/-.
Duncan and Manu, both top 5! Easily the best duo in the league as far as +/- on vs off court.
Guess which 2 spurs are at the BOTTOM OF THE LEAGUE as far as the Roland Rankings?
Rose with a -14.3 and Brown with a -15.3 are in the BOTTOM FIVE!! only nocioni of the bulls, henderson of dallas and Walker of Atlanta can compare.
Sad how far they have fallen. Or perhaps it speaks more about who they replace when the come onto the floor...

The backups of Duncan and Ginobili are going to be on the bottom of any +/- ratings. It makes sense.
Rose and Brown also play a lot of garbage minutes.
I guess if Rose and Brown subs uted for Manu and Duncan perfectly with no drop-off in production, then dunk n manu would not have such a great +/- in the first place.
What this rating system is supposed to say: This player produces so well that their team suffers when they leave the floor.
What is actually says to me upon reflection; Perhaps they don't have a great bench player behind their star.
I would have thought Brown would look better, considering he gets some time behind Bowen...
