The Spurs have been blown out 4 times (one regular season, three playoffs) in New Orleans. We're all happy that there is a Game 7 but what's everyone's honest feeling about it? Can we really win?
No, they should just cancel the game and we should all watch Dancing with the Stars.![]()
The Conference Finals Start Wednesday with the Lakers hosting the Hornets
It's nice that Yao and the Rockets are immediately responding to the disaster the earthquake left in China. The Rockets are a very classy bunch, it's just a shame that their lack of success breeds such stupidity among some of its fans.
Nash and Shaq just won the WC fishing le
We're due. We're taking this and then smacking the Lakers down.
Base it on how you really feel....feel your gut. That's what I follow. It's usually right. I said Hornets in 7 when it went 2-2. Am I a homer? Maybe. I should be. But, when I step back and analyze everything I know, especially with statistics, then I'm sticking with it....Hornets in 7.
The Spurs CAN'T win in New Orleans they don't have the balls to win on the road.
What's their record in Game 7's?
Yeah I thought so
2-4 es!
Of course we're gonna win
I predicted it right after game 2.

I have posted it a few times, and still think the Spurs have a good chance to win in NO. I expect it to be a back and forth affair and maybe down to the last possesion. A few overtmes would cement it as a classic. We have to play the winner and I don't mind either oppponent...
If it's NO, then it's a showcase of KB24, CP3, and who is MVP when it counts.
If it's SA, then lets continue the fight for who will end up the team of this decade.
Regardless of the WCF outcome, the west is winning it all. That's my opinion. I respect everyone elses. Good luck to the loyal Spurs fans. I have to miss the game, grad school. Why didn't they have it on as a Sunday doubleheader?
I just have to say that your post is Hasselhoffian.
I can't imagine the Spurs losing in New Orleans four times this series. They will get it done on Monday.
hm..... Spurs.
my mom still lets me post here.
Spurs take this.
Champions win. Hornets are not champs. Spurs have multiple championship winners. In this game, experience will triumph over all.
Honestly?
I think we can... but is harder to win in NO than winning in LA. I really belive that if we survive this series, there is no team out there as hard for us than NO in route to our 5th ring.
Can't wait...
It will be a very close game for the most part but the Spurs will have a 4 point lead towards the end and seal the game with free throws expanding the lead to 8. Final score 95-87 SPURS move on to play the Lakers in the conference finals.
i have no clue........but i will hope the spurs win....go spurs go
Spurs lose game 7......I would bet wine on it.
if the refs let us play........we win.....if the refs dont let us play....im not sure.....ill be rooting for the spurs and a fair officiated game.........go spurs go
I actually don't think this game is going to be that close in the 4th. I think its going to be a 7-10 point lead for whichever team for most of the 4th with the other team battling to get over the hump and but unable to do so.
With the eleventh pick, the Indiana Pacers select . . .
Obviously whoever scores the most, wins the game.
I think Spurs have the advantage. First, they have been there before (in a game 7) and won. And that was for an NBA le.
Secondly, I seriously doubt that West is going to put up 30 or so on us. I can't see his back healing anywhere near 100% by Monday. And contrary to what Paul said (that he had a week to heal), Thursday night to Monday night is not a week anywhere in the world. If West plays, I think he is used more as a decoy than a shooter.
If Bruce can continue to take Peja out of his game, that would basically leave Paul and Chandler as the two main options. We just need to take away the ally oop for Paul, trap him and make him try to take it all on his shoulders.
I think this one may go against the other 6 games of series, in that it is a double digit win, but it is the road team that gets it.
