Is Lyndie's on Fredricksburgh Rd still around?
I think Jekka and I will be watching the game somewhere tonight. We want good burgers and some good onion rings. A good beer selection is also a plus.
Where should we go?
Oh, and does any of the crew want to come?

Mama's has good burgers? I never had a burger there. Is that place on fredricksburg near medical? Cause if so yes.
Buck's Landing has awesome burgers. We ate there the other day for the first time.
Bucks landing is great, and they have some big screens near the front.

Chester's has the best burgers in town and a big screen to watch games on. At least the one off Broadway and 410 does.
And good onion rings and beer, but they close early.
Buck's Landing closes at 9pm unfortunately. Sorry.

Chesters is the place for me when I am looking for great burgers and a game.
Last time I was there they had one. It's possible a live music act might interefere with the game, but I don't recall that ever happening. You might call and ask in advance.
Just called Chesters, and they close at 10:30. Might do that and head over to the Flying Suacer afterwords (pint night, woo)
How good is Champs in Huebner Oaks?
Yes it is still there.
Champs is good. We had our biggest GTG of all time there (like 70-80 people).
Don't forget to SUPER SIZE it, beech.
Champs is fantastic man. You have to remember though its a gourmet kitchen so if you do get a burger you are paying like $10 for it. It will be one uva burger though!
Also on game nights get there an hour before the game starts unless you are sittign at the little bar.

I've been to Casbeers, went to go see Luke Olson play there once... food was OK but Chester's still has the best burgers in town.
Followed closely by Chris Madrid's.
You could always come into my bar at the Westin La Cantera and pay $10 for a burger.

Tex's is good.......if their service has improved any and they've figured out what goes in a Scotch & soda. I wouldn't hold my breath, though.
