That confuses me, it seems like Spurs and Pistons fans on here have a lot of respect for each others organizations and both have sections on this board. What's the catch? am I missin somethin.

Pistons fans post pistons stuff on the pistons board, and the spurs fans post spurs stuffon the spurs board
but why are they on the same site? oh and why is there a kings board as well?
I don't see how it's a stupid question, why THOSE three teams? Why not just a spurs board and then general NBA discussion?
Pistons and kings fans came during the playoffs and they were cool so the admins gave them a board since they had nowhere else to go

It's more than just that though.
PistonsTalk came about because the Pistons fans in 2005 were, by in large, the most reasonable and educated b'ball fans we've ever encountered. They weren't just smack-talking trolls, they were generally engaging. Thus, we all coexist here and are the richer for it.
Note to regulars: if a blow-in asks a question like this, you might like to answer it and not come across as a bunch of in-joke s.

Kings fans got their own forum because the moderators felt sorry for them, in that 1) they have to root for the Kings, and 2) the existing Kings forum was moderated by a 400-lb. androgynous Nazi.
