Odom played like a wimp. I miss the Odom from the last series where he would slam it every time he was near the rim.He was horrible.
Gasol didn't play well either. Not what we're used to in the playoffs. Odom and Gasol will play better next game. And the Lakers will be up from the get go.
At least you saw him. At one time during the game my friends and I were like "What the you seen Manu somewhere" Are we playing 4 on 5? We thought Manu was sitting and chatting with Jack Nicklaus.
Odom was a so-show. Gasol was so-so. Kobe played for 1/2 and yet the Lakers still came back from 20 to win. Got to love that.

Lamar Odom is a good player but incredibly overrated..MOST of his offense comes from Kobe and Gasol..if the Lakers are planning on isolating him like they did tonight, he isn't going to have success..he never takes jumpers and his post game is limited..the Lakers just need Odom to rebound, pass and defend..
Gasol could be better, but don't forget he's playing against one of the best defenders in the NBA..
Vujacic did a solid job on Ginobili, but we expect these games from Manu all the time..he's probably the most inconsistent player in the NBA..he'll look like a top 10 player in the NBA one game, and then a bench role player in the next game..
What a great account name you came up with. Duncan was the leading scorer in the game, and the leading rebounder. He had more than twice as many boards as any player on the Lakers team. Plus 2 assists, 2 steals, and 4 blocked shots. I guess it's a good thing for the Lakers that he's so old and busted, huh?

Maybe Phil will send a few more doubles at Timmy now that Gasol recieved a fair bit of abuse and was worn down a little in the second half from tryin to hold position... might open up the likes of Fin and Barry and co.

If anything it was a wash, or Odom played slightly better, which isn't saying much for either one's game tonight. Manu made several horrible decisions in the 4th qtr mainly which is very un-Manulike. Odom had more boards and fewer TO's
Manu was even worse defensively... Odom still rebounds and contributes where as Manu tried to do too much and just totally cost the Spurs the game... he gave up 10 free points to Radmanovic in the first quarter when the Lakers were struggling and he was locked down by Sasha Vujacic of all people.
Odom was just being playoff Odom.
From the description of the game, and from the numbers, I'd say Odom and Manu played equally ty.
