Spurs fans, don't worry about the game last night because the lakers should be one that upset at themselves; they barely beat the Spurs by 4 point at home. Spurs played like at the end however Lakers should be up the whole game with all the rest they got in past few days and no player on the Lakers got bang by his wife like Parker did.

Do you think the Lakers give a that they barely beat the Spurs? This is going to be a tough series, EVERY win counts. The Lakers are gonna take whatever they can get.

You guys are starting to sound like DET fans, "CLE didn't beat us, we beat ourselves".

So both teams made big time runs.

It's just that the Lakers made the second run which is why they won.

Knowing the Spurs are capable of doing this should worry you.

The fatigue factor will be an even bigger concern as the series wears on. The 5 days rest the Lakers had made them rusty for game 1. They'll be in game rhythm at the start of game 2, but they'll also be fresher than the Spurs for the rest of the series . Game 1 was the best chance the Spurs had to steal a game at Staples Center. They came in still off the momentum in New Orleans, now the momentum is with the Lakers.

You can be confident in your team and you should be your the defending champs ...
But weren't the Celtics tired in Game 1 after Pierce had to score 40 to beat the CAVS? Did they not STILL win Game 1? Usually the BETTER team does ...with the hornets last round being the exception to the rule ...you guys need to win Game 2 because we WILL win one in SA ....

They were rusty and were feeling the Spurs out. The Spurs on the other hand had a 20-point lead with under 18 minutes left, and lost the game. Guess what? They won't lead by 20 tomorrow.
