Just like CP3's push with the off arm, and Shaq lowering his shoulder in every post move. They are gaining an advantage by doing it and the only way to get it called is to flop....
If you don't "sell" the foul...you wont get the call?
Basically, if you "flop" your gonna get penalized...but, if you don't, you wont get the call.
My 6th grade kids could run this chicken outfit better.
