I just saw it. It didnt at all seem like Sager got owned. Kinda seemed like the other way around.

Just cuz he never won a le, doesnt mean he isnt a hall of famer. He hada play in the Jordan era. Like alota hall of fame worthy players ie Ewing, Stockton, Malone, etc.

wtf happened, for all of us at the game that didnt watch the first game, and those of us that just got home for Inside the NBA.
Reggie just pulled rank on sager, saying that the first ones to know about his retirement will be sir charles and his sista.
Sager was reporting that miller said he was retiring, which is stupid, because he sucks now anyway and he needs to step aside.
That team is out of control anyway.

Near the end of the Pacers-Pistons (I think it was about 2 minutes or so), Craig Sager comes on and says that Donnie Walsh told him that Reggie told his teammates earlier in the week that he would retire following the end of the season. Sager went on to say that Walsh had scheduled a meeting with Miller prior to the All-Star break to see if he could talk him into coming back for another season or two to help groom the younger guys.
During halftime of the Spurs game, they showed the postgame interview with Reggie (with Craig standing to Reggie's left). Reggie says something to the effect of "another inaccurate report from Craig Sager".
Reggie says that if he were going to make an announcement like that, that two people from TNT would know before Sager - Charles Barkley and Cheryl Miller.
Sager tells Reggie that Walsh told him about the meeting and calling his teammates in the middle of next season. Miller continues to proclaim he would tell Barkley and Cheryl before anybody else at TNT while continuing to deny the report.
Reggie is just taking out all of his frustrations on Sager.
