I doubt Mike Breem has ever met or heard Jay Howard.

But no, I like Mike Breem, I think hes really good.

The ABC trio of him, Van Gundy, and Jackson is top notch.

No , their commentary has been some of the best I've heard on national coverage in some time. I like the fact they debate and have different opinions of calls, coaching decisons, etc.; unlike most commentators, whose "color" commentary would make a silent black and white movie seem more interesting than basketball.

I'm more pissed that WOAI doesn't get on their hands and knees and beg Jay Howard to come back. He's one of the best play by play guys I've ever heard. No disrespect to Schoening, but he is in no way in Jay's class.

did yall hear the part last night when Kobe was missing foul shots, Van Gundy said

"why dont the celtics try Hack-a-Kobe?"

Breen is the worst national-level NBA commentator since Brent Musberger. That includes Al Michaels.

Jackson and Vangundy aren't so bad, but Breen's voice is not made to be heard and while the stick up his ass is befitting of a Disney employee, it does kind of put a damper on the excitement of a sporting event.
