The judge in Donaghy's trial is a woman. This is ridiculous. There is no way a woman judge can understand basketball as much as a male judge. If I was Donaghy, I would ask for a mistrial on this simple fact online. If this was a trial about muffins or doing laundry, I could understand having a female judge. Female judges can not grasp the importance of a sport like basketball. If Sheryl Swoops was on trial about fixing a WNBA game. I would have no problem with a female judge, because as we all know women's basketball is not a sport. Any woman that thinks it is a sport disgraces every male that has played compe ive basketball.

She can't understand the integrity of the game to understand how much fans of basketball are affected by his gambling and fixing games. If you don't understand that, then you should stick to the WNBA.
