Dunno, but it sure goes a long way to reducing it as a military threat to the surrounding countries. This is the easiest and best way to do it and most of the money just goes right back to US companies making the stuff to send there.

It's disappointing to see Western Civilization steadily rott like this. Everyone in position of influence benefits. We will need more counselors, we will need more Cops. Just pumping blood into most issues we are facing today but more importantly extended the shelf life of those "with answers". Most nations are handling it logically but around a dozen will possibly lead us to violent conflicts.

the ukraine money is a de facto stimulus program for domestic manufacturing. the actual financial assistance to ukraine is about 1/3 of the aid we've sent. the other 2/3 is supplies/arms that we manufacture
