I honestly think Vista has reached the point where it's not longer fitting to attack it from an aesthetics point of view. I look at some of the Windows desktops out there and they are every bit as attractive (some more so) than ANY mac I've ever seen. The docks are indeed cute, but Windows has seriously ramped up it's game as far as a sleek interface goes.
expected better sly...expected better
No because of your pink desktop and themes...
I'm shocked how many of you still use IE
Been using Firefox for 3 years or so am I am close to giving it up and heading back to IE. FF isn't as stable as it used to be...not surprising since more people are using it which people predicted would happen.
IE7 isn't that bad at all and Chrome sucks much.
True dat. I had way less problems with FF when I first got it about a year and a half ago. Still, this is much better than IE.
I like keeping it simple, I hate when everyone has 100's of shortcuts on there desktop. I just throw them into the program folder on my desktop.
What are you talking about? I haven't had a single firefox crash in over a month. FF is faster and more stable now than it's ever been. Do you run a lot of extensions? If so, then of course you're going to compromise the stability of the browser, that's the trade-off. If you really want it to be stable, download noscript. It prevents anything from running inside of the browser without your permission.
Do you really think -IE- is the solution to your problems? That's like switching from a Ferrari to a Pinto because the Ferrari was too prone to crashing.
Do you like Tim Duncan? I hear he's pretty good.
