According to a witness the shooter was dressed in riot gear with a bullet proof vest, goggles, and dressed in all black. He had a shotgun and slowly walked up the steps shooting at people randomly.

Did the movie theater have any cops in the theater? There were probably a handful of cops at the one that I saw Batman at. Movie theaters should always have cops on duty because if some er tries to do like this, a cop or cops will take the er out.
