Miami is 1-2 at home ATS on Thurs. The Bills 1-1 on the road so shine that.

The Dolphins vs Bills are 1-3ATS last 4. But....home/best QB... is big in these Thurs game. The Dolphins do have that advantage. But....the Bills are a good bounce back team in 2014, they haven't lost two in a row all season, and did have the Chiefs beat.

There are no little trends favoring either team in this "spot". The Dolphins a plus 33 as far as points scored/given up goes, but the Bills are a plus 27, so nothing there.

I don't see anything strong enought to step out on in this game from a ATS perspective. If you had to play the game I'd lean ever so lightly towards Miami because of...home/QB...but they do have some O line problems after last week and a short week to try and fix things.

Also look for teams on a three/four game losing streak now on the road, real good chance they won't be getting their shit together on the road vs a winning team. The Panthers/Bears good examples of that recently. I jumped on those obvious "spots', both easy wins.

I'll pass on this game.


I look for plays where one team has a shit load of stats/trends favoring them in that particular "spot". At this time of a season those games where one team is a playoff contender and the other isn't are usually strong plays. Chargers vs Raiders a good example of that this week.

Obviously all it takes to fuck up the best laid plans is a couple turn overs, an important injury. But what are the odds of that happening to most games when ya have 6-8 strong ATS plays?

These Thursday night games are weird, first off everyone hates them, nobody wants to play in them. So I can't put too much in the stats in this one because the Chiefs are coming off a big game facing another one the following week. How do they get up for the Raiders? How does anyone back the Raiders in any "spot".

I don't have to play that game and there are far better ones come Sunday.

If you're going to play the game because you need some action to make the game exciting the Chiefs are without question the play. There is nothing that favors the Raiders.

I just don't like the "spot" the Chiefs are in from a scheduling perspective. And.....why play this game when there are far better plays out there?
