It starts here for Kyle. If he can show something in Summer League, the Spurs might give him a shot at the rotation this year. IMO If he falters then I expect the Spurs to push harder for a veteran like Prince or Butler. I would like the Spurs to use the rest of their open roster spots on prospects, because this is the perfect year to learn from all the vets we have.

I'm rooting for Lalanne to take Ayres spot. Hopefully, Cherry runs the offense to better assess everyone else. From what I remember last summer in Vegas this guy is a gunner. He's got a lot of confidence in his offensive game, which isn't necessarily a detriment. He wouldn't be a bad 3rd point. I can't say the same about his defense though.

Exactly, we couldn't have asked for a better matchup. He's a big body hopefully Lalanne holds his ground. He shouldn't have issues on offense as that's not Okafors strength. Let's see if Becky wants Lalanne to bring Okafor out the lane.

No. After his strong Nike Hoop Sumit showing, he really seemed to struggle developing. Did not have a good season from what I have read so expectations should definitely be tempered.
