I am not a lawyer, but in my experience Motions for Summary Judgement are typically granted where there is not a dispute of the facts, or where going to trial would not change the understanding of the facts. So at that point, is merely a matter of how the law is applied to those facts. If you know the jurisdiction, most courts (except those deep in the backwoods areas) have records searchable online. You may not be able to get a copy of the ruling without paying for it - but you should at least be able to find the outcomes.
