Tom Herman and his staff. They saw it. I remember the one recruiting criticism of Bijan was the level of HS competition he played in Arizona.

Bijan learned many of those jump cuts well behind the line of scrimmage while at Texas unfortunately.
Sark saw how good he was at catching the ball… Took extra time to always get that mentioned.

He is absolutely freakishly quick with really good hands. Have no idea what his long speed is like, but he is extremely difficult to touch in a box. Little skinny guy built with thin wire twitch muscles. Have not seen any of his senior tape, hope it’s as good as his camp tape.

Yea that's something that shocked me when I was seeing your transfer portal stuff in the spring. He put too much stock into a bunch of unknowns, which is weird because he thrived getting key skill players at WR past two years. Yea Texas OL is really bad, even in the cupcake games it's been super frustrating to watch. Also I don't know if Hill and Simmons are as great as we thought they were gonna be when it was their time to be the man. Those two have been almost non-existent, I think they benefited from playing with very great seniors on DL and LB who were hungry to put their past behind them and win a Natty.

My favorite line is talking about Texas' budget and a total lack of athleticism on the OL...

My own opinion centers around the irony of it all...Sark, Flood and the personnel team chose to pass on the portal on several occasions due to potential expenses or a total miscalculation of talent/development on the roster, but now they're going to have to take a Texas Tech-like approach in December and spend way more than they would've had to originally to rectify the issue.

You're looking at up to four new starters on the OL alone, assuming Goosby returns.

He goes on to say Sark is calling a passing game like he has a stud OL (they had to take Stroh out at LG for being so bad) instead of turning to intermediate concepts/routes and screens to get the ball out of Arch's hand quickly and protect him from his own OL's lack of protection.
