Firstly, no one should be able to do it. It's called "Zero Tolerance". It's supposed to effect everyone the same, and not favor the 'nice' players. They're not supposed to single out certain players (which is exactly what's happening)...

And secondly, even the biggest Piston Homer wouldn't defend all of Sheeds actions. We all realize he needs to shut his mouth more often, and causes himself to get into more trouble.

But again, that doesn't mean it's OK to use the rule of the law differently for different players. If Sheed had done what Timmy did, you know damn well he'd been given a T. Why deny it? :rolleyes
