one thing i will say, i'm not in San Anantonio, but if the Spurs aren't paying millions to promote Lonnie as the heir apparent that's malpractice. They need to do it now to prepare for the failure of the LMA core and to show they can adapt. This is not on Pop so much but the new front office. Just shamefull to not show they now how to save the ship and aren't going to let Pop go down with it

I was like 99 percent sure it was a typo initially and still leaning towards that, but I'm not as sure of it now. Like I've said before, there's no place for favoritism in the workplace and this is as gross of an example of that as I've ever seen under Pop, and he's had his share of pets over the years. This type of will wear on anyone.

I don't think they'd trade Lonnie or put him in the doghouse either. This isn't Stephen Jackson, where there's two clearly superior players in Ginobili and Green ahead of him. I think deep down Pop knows Lonnie is special and that he is right (if it wasn't a typo).

Umm it means im owed/earned playing time its really pretty simple n common sense. What autocorrect is going to change IN to I apostrophe M? In would make more sense. Plus he typed it it didnt slip out his mouth u have time to think when you're typing n before hitting send (some on here need to think more often)
He also posted the same message on Instagram, I believe.

I like to think Pop is motivating Lonnie to earn it, work hard to become the best player, and not just hand it to him by default. But not to risk of losing this kid. Lonnie/Murray/White/Poeltl all seem to have that positive character to overcome situations, even Forbes except he already peaked and really nothing more to give, at best a spurt offense in the 2nd unit.

Is he being sarcastic or confirming it was a typo? I'm still confused.

Sounds more like he’s annoyed that the fan assumes to know what he originally meant in his message ... who knows

He posted "I'm due time" on Instagram also, so I doubt he made the same "mistake" twice.

plus on IG there's an edit feature which he chooses not to use.

I'm no social media expert, so correct me if I'm wrong, but don't a lot of these famous people's posts get posted across several platforms? Like the same post will get posted on FB, IG, Twitter.

I doubt Lonnie made the exact same post twice on both platforms.

there's dashboards out there for sure. this could be the case but as active as he is on SM, i'm sure he knows IG at least has an edit feature on posts.

"I'm due time" just rolls of the tongue weird
I'm due <something> is perfectly legit, common usage.

English language, as fare as America, is weird, on a daily daily basis, going into the future, is the thought in my brain and is a thing that happens

There's a reddit detective that pointed out that his tweet reads "I'm due time...." (4 dots) and that his IG post reads "I'm due time....." (5 dots). So they are in fact two separate posts. It's not a typo, the young kid is taking his shot.

good I'm done with pop. Hopefully this makes pop snap that he can't play his childish mind games anymore. It's either that or Lonnie asks for a trade.

Eh, in a small sample size, Lonnie's shooting is fair: 44.4% from 2 and 36.4% from 3. His form on his jumper looks very good to my eyes.
