Strong half. Got sloppy there towards the end. Things should even out in the 3rd qtr so hopefully we stay playing smart and efficient ball. Pop needs to keep Mills and Forbes off the floor together, Celts don't need any extra help getting back into this.

looking at the box score you wonder why White and Walker don't play more minutes. Curious to see how this team starts the 2nd half. Spurs usually come out flat and commit a bunch of stupid turnovers for the first minute or 2. They need to keep their foot on the gas and never let the Celtics back in

Top 5 team in the league when Pop starts treating his son Forms like the g-leaguer that he is, tbh.

They are playing "could make some noise in the playoffs" basketball right here.

If this does mark the beginning of a turnaround, all these things appeared have have happened at the same time:

    1. LMA taking more threes
    2. Greater role of Lonnie
    3. Decreased role for Belli
    4. DeMar playing as a facilitator
    5. More consistent play from Murray

Of course as I say this watch the team flop in the second half.

Best first step ever. Don't forget, the Spurs held their own with the Bucks for a while. They look good right now.

You can never be too confident about today's Spurs holding a lead, but they'll ride this one out if Borbes and Gay's minutes are limited.

Now just limit Fryn Burbs to garbage time and we might just be a little interesting.

Insane how negative of a player Marco is, Spurs look night and day when he gets minutes and doesnt. if only Pop would bench Forbes, Spurs might be that team we thought they could be in the offseason. still wish Morris hadnt ed us or we had just kept Davis, they'd be so much better taking Gays minutes

Did Pop really start Lonnie in the 1st half and Forbes in the 2nd half?
