To maybe answer your question, I think they give the delegate winner at least 2 more to separate 1-2?
For instance 2016 results were pretty much the same percentage wise and he got two less as well.

Everything we are witnessing is really an "indirect admission" by DNC leadership that they know that the Biden ship is sinking. The fraudulent tactics that now favor Buttigieg are being conducted out in the open, shamelessly and without regard for the process. It's crazy to me that party adherents aren't willing to hold any of their leaders accountable - I suppose they fear being added to any of Hillary's death lists.
I'd be praying for Biden to all of the sudden recover and do well on Super Tuesday if I were a Trump supporter. If Biden is the nominee I'm almost certain Trump four more years. He'd probably wind up doing worse than Hillary.

Agreed Biden is definitely closer to being another Hillary than Buttplug is but Buttplug might do worse against Trump because he’d inspire such piss poor black voter turnout.
