Hopefully we don’t hit a recession, not a whole lot of quan ative easing the fed will be able to do if rates are already at zero.

I hope we do, so I can buy up all the fixer uppers for like 10k a pop at near zero interest tbh and when this passes by after a couple years I'll be a multi millionaire

I know we’re headed for a recession. That’s kinda the point of what I was saying.

No kidding, tbh. Trump was dealt a winning hand with Obama’s economy and he’s managed to it up.

And I don't mean to say Trump ed it up, the virus clearly not his fault, but now that riding that gravy train is over, we'll see how it works out. Hopefully not like the Taj Mahal...

yeah but we still had some chains and storage products that kept us going through mid feb i'd say. Now we're getting to that pinch where we're seeing it just out. Hopefully when this stabilizes corporations learn their lessons about just giving all the jobs to some backward ass country cause it's cheap, might not be the best idea. Spoiler alert, they won't

Last time we were with near zero rates was the housing bubble pop?

This is difficult, because monetary systems don't have many more levers. After that, you have to go into QE and stimulus.

Sure, mistakes were made, but the virus showing up is not his fault.

That's what makes the case for front loaded QE.

Would be surprised if it doesn’t. Tomorrow probably erases most of Friday’s gains.

Most? I didn't mean just trip a circuit breaker with a 15 minute halt, I meant trip all three and shut down trading for the day. Gotta wonder if this might be the hit the fan week.

We still have a lot of cities that haven’t fully shut down yet. I think it’ll be next week.
