If you think that's what defined these people you're either stupid or naive. I think you're just being obtuse.
Nothing. If you’re using Trump as the barometer for what’s impressive you’re doing it wrong.

She’d be a better VP pick than Elena or Kamala Harris.
Absolutely not, I'm saying name recognition is important and effective, and that's nonpartisan. History is filled with former governors and generals who lost.
Im using the guy who won a presidential election as a barometer.
She could show Putin how to make a smoothie and knit doilies.
I haven’t heard about that baboon in awhile. Is she still yammering about how Jamarcus Russell had HOF level potential and only failed in the NFL due to racism?
I regress then.
It is important, and the media gave Donald tons of free name recognition while almost ignoring other candidates.
She managed some sensational "reported outside her HS paper" level vomit recently.
DemocratsTrump is going to wipe the floor with Joe. Either way, this country is ed for the foreseeable future.
Exactly, talking about name recognition like it’s an independent variable is confusing the chicken and the egg. The media largely controls which candidates have the name recognition. DJTs campaign never gets off the runway without an unprecedented level of media coverage.
The repe ive showering of him coming down that escalator announcing he is running is seared in the minds of Americans, and the red hat didn't hurt.
You should see all these Chumpettes in total denial. They ing think a neo-con zombie is the way to beat an in bent.![]()
I disagree. But I could be underestimating the stupidity of the American people.
They have been trained to like people that are famous for being famous after all.
lol I said "I regress"
I meant "I digress"
I knew something didn't look right about that.
From the perspective of who the more qualified candidate is she’s not better, in purely speaking from the popularity contest perspective.
Id say Kamala would be a better overall pick except black people don’t even claim her as one of their own. Klobuchar is just a really unlikable Karen, it’d be political suicide to pick her.
I'm sure you could find sentimental polls that say 80 percent of whomever wants Mic e to run. Popularity doesn't mean a damn thing when the rubber meets the road.
Kamala had a lot of potential from a talent perspective, but clearly her skeletons caught up with her. Also, she stupidly tried to rely on gimmicks (like crying to Joe how butthurt she was about schools); but maybe that's just what someone does when lacking in actual values.
I don't like Klobuchar a whole lot; but of the names being tossed around she's high on my list. She is a little gooney. She's been going through life like that. She did say I've been winning elections since fourth grade and I'm Elena cos she's a goon. But at least she's not coming off as a total globalist or whatever have you.
Entirely possible. I also this the current DNC is too dumb and blind, so that's a killer combo.
Who? Give me names that are likeable, electable, excite demographics that the Dems need to win... certainly not Buttplug or Klobuchar...
In bency is a handicap, not a plus... always been.
"qualification" is really a misnomer here... the value on the candidate has more to do with electability and likeability, and not preparedness for the job.
If the last POTUS election didn't make that clear, not sure what will. This isn't new either, POTUS races have been a popularity contest for a long time now.
Of course it is. Unlike being the unknown that can promise whatever and doesn't have to back it up, there's already a 4/8 year track record where you opponent can ding you for the stuff you did vs the stuff you said.
BTW, Joe falls in the category of having been an in bent fairly recently, so the ammo is there too.
Popularity is a misnomer. Ron Paul was quite popular. The corporate media is allowed to quell that. That is the real conundrum we face.
I could argue this; but I'll just tell you that the very conventional wisdom is in bency (membership) has its privileges.
