What’s stopping you from doing it? You just call it stupid but don’t explain why.
Lmao the same cries of all regressives like yourself... go create your own social media outlet! ing stupid but coming from you it's expected.
What’s stopping you from doing it? You just call it stupid but don’t explain why.
They cornered the market dip so think again.
this was a rhetorical question, right?![]()
You could do it if what you claim here is truth about your tech background. Building a new social media outlet without the backing of the elites/MSM will get you nowhere just like gab/parler/ ute and we all know that's reality.
How did they corner the market? What’s preventing conservatives from banding together and creating a social media alternative where Trumps ads aren’t censored?
Are you this blind to the regressive agenda and how entrenched these tech giants are in that ideology? You can't be this clueless.
It’s called marketing. Search out some deep pockets that share your concerns
Silicon Valley wants to make money just as much as anyone else - if you created a social media platform that was attracting a significant amount of people you’d get VC money the same way Zuckerberg did.
Quite frankly Zuckerberg would simply re-allow Trump ads before it even got to that point, he’s a money just like every other tech billionaire. If he’s banning Trump ads it’s because he thinks it’s a net positive for FB’s bottom line.
Remember when MySpace was entrenched as the big up and coming social media platform? That changed pretty quickly, no reason the brightest conservative minds can’t band together to create a platform that does to Facebook what it did to MySpace.
Keep kowtowing
Stay woke![]()
Neither Twitter or Facebook became mainstream due to a push from elites/MSM.... but I agree it's a huge gamble that takes time and money to create more compe ions. I was also against these companies buying out others like WhatsApp and Instagram...
I've no beef with either, don't really use them, so no intentions to embark there.
Didn’t understand this post but I do now![]()
Didn't MySpace get bought out by Murdoch?
Maybe boomers/conservatives aren't the target demographic, tbh
was sorta subtle![]()
You didn't understand it but I'm the dumb one right? Lmao you faux intellectual who can't understand the simplest of things.
Meh, I don’t see the harm to consumers by letting those companies merge. Creating a social media platform is a relatively low barrier to entry area relatively speaking, if Facebook started doing like charging a member fee people would bolt pretty quickly.
Lmao they don't need membership fees because they make bank off you just being on their platforms.
Why are you wasting your time responding to me when you could be out creating a social media platform that runs Trump ads and kicks Zuckerberg in the !
The last time I logged into Facebook, the amount of ads made it stupid. Haven’t been on the site in years.
Why would I waste my time and or money trying to develop what I believe to be the catalyst to the end of civility and mankind? social media!
The issue is that at the end of the day Facebook, Twitter, Google... they're all in it for the same thing: wheeling and dealing personal data in exchange for ads. So it becomes really difficult for consumers to opt out of that if they also buy out all the alternatives.
There's also something inherently wrong, if you ask me, when a company own 90 some % of a market. I think an rust should trigger way before then.
Now, that's different from what we're talking about here, which is their la ude to do as they please in general, within the law.
Good for you bud![]()
Sounds like neither one of us is using Facebook. I think your target here should be Trump supporters who aren’t bothered by this, if every Trump supporter on FB shut their account down in response to this, it would have been a really stupid decision by Zuckerberg to ban Trump ads.
I wish facebook payed as much attention to scam ads. That is constant. They will steal pictures from a legitimate site and "offer it" for 1/10 the price to steal stupid peoples credit card info.
