Having friends over for a pool party defies common sense, tbh.
It's spreading quite quickly among 20-29 year olds who went tubing in Hays country the last few weeks.

Yeah but it's likely to be spread mostly to them and not from them in those zipcodes. The cashiers are wearing masks in Valero to protect the customer but the customers aren't extending that same courtesy. And the cashier is interacting with way more customers than the customer is cashiers. So that Valero cashier is mostly going to go spread it to his family back home, to the waiters and cashiers at the restaurants he eats at back home, etc. The virus may not be class conscious but the infection and mortality rates sure are.
It doesn't seem to spread much outdoors. Did you see the post by vy65? Less than one percent of protesters tested positive.
Outdoors. Only two people. Settle down, Karen.
Just try to leave some booze for everyone else.
I saw that. Not sure why you brought it up though in quoting that post.
So, it spreads amongst tubers, but not people packed at that lake of the ozarks?
Meh
Because I think people are getting it in some bars, spreading it at home.
I still go to one bar to play trivia. It's pretty dead, tho. If it was packed, I'd turn around and go home.
I'm really starting to think that distance and limiting exposure time are the most important factors. I'd follow that by hand washing and lastly, the mask.
The six foot number is BS indoors. Already been demonstrated a long time ago when people were shown to have caught the virus from a guy 14 feet away from them in a restaurant in China.
I think brief encounters are probably safe. If you're sitting down for a long meal, I'd choose the patio.
Thing is, our city has a ton of dives (with very good food) with no outdoor dining.
UNLESS PROTESTING FOR BLM DURR
The covid boogeyman is coming for you. You'd best bunker.
According to the latest immunological and serological studies, the overall lethality of Covid-19 (IFR) is about 0.1% and thus in the range of a strong seasonal influenza (flu).
Lol ChumpDumper. Bwahahahaha
I'm happy to be wrong about that.
Ever been tubing? It's the bus ride that got them.
Ahh, that makes more sense. I wonder how many new cases in S.A. are people who ride Via?
One is right down the road, one is in Missouri?
You thought you had it. Mean and median age of pos dropping. That means.. ifr about to drop even lower. ChumpDumper going to lose his mind again. Lolololol
tholdren lost his mind three months ago when he said 10k would die tops.
Not really. Just had to repeat for you. Still can't prove me wrong.
Of course you were wrong.
no. I said 2x flu. I said you would never be able to tell who was a fatality of only covid without comorbidities. You will never be able to prove that.
You can prove that lockdowns caused more harm than good
Ask TimDunkem he lied about having it
