Imo he’s definitely top 5 worst, but idk if he’s worse than James Buchanan or the Great Depression Republicans yet. Hard to judge though since Buchanan took an already divisive issue (slavery) and just made it worse, DJT has taken a nonpartisan public health crisis (COVID) that should have actually united the country like 9/11 did and politicized it as much as humanly possible.
