I don’t think it should be legal to cir cise kids under 18 at all though (and the rabbi cir cisions shoul def be illegal). If they want to get cir cised once they turn 18, that’s their choice, but newborns shouldn’t be forced into their parents weird rituals. If it were up to me I wouldn’t be cir cised.
