Clearly, they are as some of these deaths happened just yesterday when he was saying they were not occuring, but he has an agenda to push of course...It's really ed up.

He doesn't get (or intentionally acts obtuse) that it evens out over the course of several months. If someone died on July 22 and it got reported today, that means on July 22 deaths were underreported.
