He's 17 years old. That's old enough to know right from wrong and to understand the consequences of shooting people.
At 17 he's automatically an adult in the eyes of the law in Wisconsin.

True, BUT, Zimmerman only killed a black guy. tenhouse killed a black guy AND a Jew. That probably makes him more popular within the Charlottesville tiki torch crowd.
