Fair enough, but I don't think it was totally accurate as this isn't a simple binary outcome of defund or not to defund. The people who are making the blind statement "defund the police" are idiots, but I think there are specific parts of modern day police in America that we need to do away with.
My view is that show the actual conservation and let people decide for themselves on what Biden is saying/not saying. Through the interview he was talking about getting rid of things that I think most people agree are counterproductive (i.e., military equipment being used by police). Splicing the quote the way it was spliced makes it seem like Biden is blindly saying "DEFUND THE POLICE" when he's actually talking about specific parts of the police in the interview. That's my issue with it.
