President Trump released a five-page memo Wednesday directing federal agencies to find ways to cut billions in federal grants to four solidly Democratic cities and determine which other "anarchist jurisdictions" he could defund.

Trump specifically targeted

New York City;
Washington, D.C.;
Seattle, Washington; and
Portland, Oregon.

He claimed these cities have become "lawless zones" that "permit anarchy, violence, and destruction."

Trump gave Attorney General William Barr 14 days to identify these "anarchist jurisdictions," and

Of course that's true in regards to other countries. I don't buy India's or Brazil's numbers for a second I think they are much higher. But he was is implying the picture overall in the US looked worse than it actually was because of too much testing which is ridiculous. When your positivity rate jumps from like 4% in May to 20% the next month like it did in some southern cities, you have a big problem and it's not too much testing.
