Trump may be a piece of but like a true sociopath he's very pragmatic and black and white. What logic is there, really, for him to even acknowledge their existence when the electoral college dictates that he will lose those states no matter what? Time and energy best spent elsewhere.
He's exposing every flaw in our hole system and country very well.
Pretty much. Our cons ution might say a president is supposed to care about all states whether or not they support him, but Trump has shown how weak and unenforceable all of those standards are.
