Might backfire on them. The public seemed to be sympathetic towards Trump during the 1st impeachment.
I don't think the public was sympathetic but I also think the public didn't really give a . The topic of foreign aid to Ukraine being held hostage by Trump is way too esoteric for your average American. The average American's response to another impeachment like that would be "Thanks asshole...did this really need to be a higher priority than my stimulus check?"

Mitch out gangster's them on a continual basis, tbh.
    Not a Mitch fan, tbh.

Reality is Democrats made the calculation that a SC judge as stakes would galvanize their base more than for Repubs.
It didn't work out, and now they wanna cry and throw a tantrum if Repubs don't follow suit.

Democrats are always going to and whine about something. There's no use trying to kick back that tide.
Order is what voters want. Let the controlled media cry all they want.
What does order has to do with any SCOTUS nomination? And 'voters' haven't chosen a Republican candidate in I don't know how many presidential elections now. Clearly 'voters' haven't gotten what they want for a while now, tbh...

Democrats deserve to get a conservative judge rammed through... just because they didn't pressure RGB into stepping down when it made sense to do so...

Like I said earlier, if this whole RGB thing doesn't make Dems to come out and vote, they deserve every bit that's coming for them...

    So salty about Electoral College.
I'm not salty at all, I never denied Trump's presidency or the system that elected him.

I just see you pretending to know 'what voters want', when voters have been clear in what they want.

Yeah, plenty of salty people if they don't get another round of stimulus.

Trump's approval was at an all time high after impeachment:

Can easily be turned back against them.

Rushing a Supreme Court Justice is a higher priority over A, an election just weeks away. B, A ing ongoing pandemic that has killed well over 200 thousand people and C, relief for struggling Americans out of a job.

When it comes to prioritizing what, Republicans should shut the up because they dont just have one issue to worry about.

Pretty much. Hillary herself should have said to RBG it's great that you want to wait for me to become president before you step down but it's not worth it.

I wouldn't say I'm glad this happened but I see a lot of positives that could come from it. There's now more political pressure than ever before on the Senate Dems to nix the filibuster if they get the majority, and Schumer is more scared of political opponents to his left than his right.

And yeah, if this happens and Democrats still lose to Trump, it's time to blow it up.

    You mean 'ideologies'.

Do you think Clarence Thomas is not beholden to any ideology? I know you're not naive. Maybe stupid, but not naive.

And yeah, like there's anything in my post in how salty I am about Ginsburg...

    Pimping out Rasmussen.
If I were actually pimping Rasmussen I'd point to the approval poll he had 2 days ago of 53%. The article quoted the RCP average he had of 46% overall in Feb before the pandemic hit us.

And you guys pile on Rasmussen when they only bombed once, really. Every other pollster bombed in 2016. Wisconsin a 7 point Hillary win NBC News had her up 12 nationally on Oct 23

Democrats will always have a handicap in the Senate. Just by how States are represented, which has nothing to do with actual population numbers. That, by extension, means they'll have a handicap when it comes to the SCOTUS.

Then again, Republicans have a major popularity problem. At some point, there's only so much gerrymandering and voter suppression you can pull off.

Wisconsin was the only state that was polled wrong.

Every other were inside the margin of error.

No, I mean ideologues like you.

But for what it's worth I just used the finger analogy for effect.

More realistically, Ruth was as pompous as the rest of you and the ideologues of your ilk, and she figured there was no way Hillary would lose. She wanted to leave with a woman as president as her way of ing the football. Instead, she didn't make it one term of orange man and dieded off just in time for him.
