    I recall polls showing it in play. RCP cherry picked only five polls. And frankly, the ballot box stuffing in places like Baltimore is an open secret and the polls that RCP chooses to include knows this and accounts accordingly.

    As I've said - Trump doesn't have guys like Tim Scott speaking at his convention to get the black vote, he knows that's not happening. He does it so his supporters can convince themselves the candidate they're voting for isn't racist.
