Trump is "doing well right now" but apparently his oxygen keeps dropping below 94%, he's had fevers on and off, and now is taking dexamethasone. Apparently, that's good enough for him to possibly be discharged as soon as tomorrow!

Taking 3-4 different experimental treatments and he continues to have fever and intermittent drops in oxygen levels bad enough to need supplemental oxygen, but he might be released tomorrow?
His answer to the question about pneumonia that “there are findings and were tracking them” was stunning to me.
Hes gonna need several weeks to recover from this at least, not a chance he’ll be able to return to the campaign trail.

All I really know about dexamethasone treatment for COVID is that it's for treating heavy inflammation especially for those who are showing it in their lungs. The vague comments about findings in his lungs make a lot of sense and begets nothing but more questions.
Not saying Trump is on his way to a vent, but these pressers are doing nothing to eliminate that possibility.
