The media is hyping up court packing as this incredibly controversial thing even though McConnell started doing it in 2015, and Biden is only feeding that stupidity the way he’s handling this question. Idk if Harris (or the debate team) would have been ballsy enough to do it, but when Pence hammered the question of court packing, it would have been cool for her to say, she and Biden will answer the court packing questions honestly once the president comes clean to the American people about his covid condition, when his last negative test was prior to the first positive test, and share his lung scan results and daily temperatures. Would have liked to see how Pence and Trump replied to that.
