Basically. Same premise but sadder. What was intriguing about Avante is he took many elements of his real life and kept them while adding just enough fantasy to make him appear to be more than what he was. His downfall was the constant hyperbole. Nothing about his twisted steel narrative was believable...but the rest about being in insurance and where he lived was plausible. I don't know that in my over 20 years of talking to different mother ers online that I've ever seen anything quite like it. Honestly, I miss him a little sometimes.
