They can try appealing to SCOTUS but if the wad 5th circuit denied their appeal not a chance SCOTUS grants it.
From what I’ve read, their appeal is focused more on drive thru voting for today and not so much on the votes already counted. To counter that, Chris Hollins the county clerk, moved all drive thru voting to Toyota center because it is defined as a “structure”
all this because we have a president that has now been involved in over 4000 personal lawsuits. I wonder if election law courses become all the rage in law schools.

If lines do form in hot spots, then you only have to be in line to vote by 7:00PM so some people will technically vote after 7:00PM in all likelihood though it may not be many.
