it wasn't that Bush raised taxes, it was that he was a warmongering who was a liar because he promised to "never" raise taxes and he did and justified it with the war. he deserved to lose.

Phila is reporting at a 80-20 pace for Joe.

Quick math here for that county alone:

612,101 votes cast / 0.86 (86%) = 711,745 total votes expected.

Votes remaining to be counted in Phila = 99,644

At 80-20, that's 79,715 for Joe, 19,929 for Trump. That would close the gap down an additional ~60k votes. That's just that one county (albeit the largest one), provided the margin holds.

Then you have Delaware county right next to Phila, that's breaking 62-38 Joe right now at 85% count, but their population is also smaller (about half of philly, still larger than inner counties tho)

Buck and Lehigh are breaking Biden+2/+3 right now, they're at 92% and 84% respectively, Buck being a fairly large population county.

Again, doesn't mean Joe has it in the bag. That's why the votes are counted.

(numbers are estimates, not exact, it's just to get an overall idea)
