Rahm Emanuel’s unpopularity was at the very least a factor in the 2010 midterm s acking, so if Pelosi and Schumer knew what was in their best interest they’d be against this.
Biden needs clean faces in his cabinet. Not necessarily new faces, but clean ones. No one like Emanuel, Susan Rice or Shillary.
