No, you know. Sadly, you just can't admit it.
Nah I’m still at there is no widespread fraud
No, you know. Sadly, you just can't admit it.
so far from the 70+ lawsuits that have been filed, there are 2 categories:
1 - those where trump lawyers (including Giuliani himself) have admitted to the judges that they are not alleging fraud
2 - those suits that do allege fraud (kraken) which have all been getting dismissed
Lol loser still in denial. Biden president
You've always been here since Nov 3rd, derp...
4 years to go...
would have to brush up on some of my old casebooks to remember the answer to this, but i wonder if trump's attempt to intervene in the texas action would negate SCOTUS's original jurisdiction as it would no longer exclusively be a challenge between states
For purposes of discussion, you don't need anyone to validate what you can clearly see with your two eyeballs.
Yeah, but Paxton needs that pardon before next month, tbh... the lawsuit itself doesn't really matter.
Not a lot of days' worth of supply left in that tank for ya, ElComrade.
Where’s the step about SCOTUS unanimously rejecting Trump’s request for relief in a one sentence ruling?
Describes derp perfectly.
The little is having difficulty coming to terms.
Apparently a lot of judges do, since they’re not seeing what’s ostensibly so obvious to see.
the FEC has been without a quorum for two years, I wonder what this could be about.
Trump is pulling a lot of levers of government to overturn an election, we used to have a common English word for this...
Just Republicans trying to stack the FEC with pro citizens united hacks before Biden takes office, nothing the FEC can do to reverse this election now.
It can contribute to the disinfo op, which we can be sure will continue until inauguration day.
More "proof the system is broken" when the GOP wants to pass more laws to suppress voting
Trump's disinfo campaign will continue long past inauguration day.
I’m more concerned with how lax campaign finance regulation is going to be with the FEC stacked with commissioners who believe it should be completely unregulated.
Fun fact about campaign finance btw - Sarah Gideon ended her campaign with $15 million left in the bank. This election proved that there are limits to how much fundraising really matters. In a small state senate race like that, Gideon simply raised more than she knew what to do with.
Agree 100%.
Should have used the "official" qualifier, Trump'll be a private citizen after Jan. 21st.
I like how trumpers think everyone knows there has been fraud
They'll start all their sentences by: "everybody with a mimimum of common sense..." or "If you're an honest person...", all hyped and excited with every new lawsuit that will definitely prove it, then ignoring it didn't... Total blackout.
They're so intoxicated that they just can conceive their cult leader lost... There HAS to be fraud, no matter if all local and national authorities, rep judges, governors and lawmakers say otherwise... They're all in the Big Conspiracy. There HAS to be fraud, M'KAY! And you know it!
No...
We know there's hasn't been widespreead fraud that could have change the outcome of the election, we know, Trump knows it, we know he's fooling and fleecing his adepts, we know he's trying to mess with Biden, we know he's making his circus show, we know he's a psychopath, an asshole, and an embarassement for this nation (and humanity actually)...
And we know he's gone Jan. 20th.
(US Rep. Mike Johnson, (LA) to all GOP house members today.)
They're doing the same with the FCC... ensuring those agencies are locked out
