Minnesota just finished, Michigan is voting now.I think the only swing states left now are Minnesota and Michigan. The electors in all the other swing states have voted.
Are there even any active lawsuits left for Trump or the GOP? I think the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling was the only one outstanding entering today.

the only way you get "dueling electors" is if the Governor and Legislature of a state submit 2 separate election results. hasnt happened in any state this year. sorry derp
All 16 electors in Michigan have cast their vote for Joseph Robinette Biden, leaving no swing states left where Trump tried to challenge the results.

or between now and the counting of the vote, court cases will overturn the swing states, decertify the official results, and courts will mandate that the states instead certify the alternate voters
