    yes. the ballots are paper ballots which can then be adjudicated by administrators who can manually input the results into the tabulation machines. maybe next time the county election workers should update the software on the machines so that so many paper ballots wouldnt be rejected by the machine, thereby requiring adjudication

    its the kind of things that would be verified during canvassing and recounts
